01 Acceptance of Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

nn778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure
• Where nn778 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, nn778 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including withdrawable funds and bonus amounts. Where account closure is at nn778's initiative for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting nn778 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any balance subject to active wagering requirements may not be withdrawn at the time of voluntary closure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

nn778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nn778 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
